まずは皆様、いつもご支援頂きありがとうございます！

皆様のご支援のおかげで楽しく活動することが出来ており、とても感謝しています！

そんな皆様にリクエスト対応方法の変更のお知らせ

及びメンバーシップの変更及び追加のお知らせがありましてご連絡させていただきます。

お忙しい方向けに簡潔に説明、まとめますと以下のように変更させて頂きます。

●リクエストについて

　ノーマルプラン：月に1回まで（ウマ娘のみ）

　サポートプラン：月に1回まで（私が可能な限りなんでも可）

　スペシャルプラン：月に4回まで（私が可能な限りなんでも可）

　各プラン、各月の1日にリクエスト権がリセットされます。

●メンバーシップについて

　ノーマルプラン：名称をブロンズプランに変更、来年1月より新規加入の廃止（現在加入いただいている方はそのままでOKです）

　サポートプラン：名称をシルバープランに変更、内容に変更なし

　スペシャルプラン：名称をゴールドプランに変更、内容に変更なし

　(追加)プラチナプラン(15＄)：月に1度、加入者各個人向けに30～50枚程度のイラストを作成します(別枠リクエスト)

5＄プランで全コンテンツが見れることに変更はありません！

また、それぞれ今後も変更となる可能性がありますが、現時点ではこちらの対応となります。

【詳細及び経緯】

現在、大変多くの方からリクエストを頂いております。

メンバーシップの説明にも記載の通り、現在リクエストに制限を設けていないのですが

こんなに多くのリクエストをいただけると思っていなかったので、

今後の活動を考えると、今の状態だと

　・リクエストの管理が難しい（キャパオーバーになる可能性がある）

　・リクエスト頂いてからかなりの時間お待たせすることになる

以上のことが考えられます。

なるべくリクエスト頂いてからお待たせしないようにしたいなとは思っているのですが

私生活との兼ね合いもありまして、なかなか上手く調整できず歯痒い思いをしております。

そこで申し訳ありませんが、リクエストについて変更を行わせていただくことにしました。

各プランの変更については上記のまとめ通りです。

ノーマル、サポートプランの方は、リクエストを頂いたその日から1ヶ月以内に投稿する、という形にさせていただきます。

スペシャルプランの方は、大体1週間以内に投稿するという形になります。

現在すでに1ヶ月程度待っていただいているような状況も発生しているので

基本的には変わらないものと思っていただいても大丈夫だと思います。

わからないことがあればリクエストの際に個人的に質問してください。

続いてプランの変更についてですが、ノーマルプランを事実上廃止といたします。

大きな理由としては、95％以上の方がサポートプランであるからという理由になります。

茉白ちゃんやR18など多様な作品を求めてくださっている方がほとんどで、ウマ娘作品のみのご提供というのが需要に合っていないと判断しました。

現在加入いただいているかたはそのままで問題ありませんので、ご支援頂ける場合は今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

各プランの名称の変更については、プランの廃止と追加によるもので内容は何も変わりませんのでご安心ください。

では、追加予定のプラチナプランについて説明いたします。

プラチナプランでは、個人間のやり取りで月に1回イラストのリクエストを受け付けます。

Patreonにもアップロードはしない予定です。個人的にイラストを納品する予定です。

内容はなんでも可ですが、個人間とはいえウマ娘のR18は製作いたしませんのでご了承ください。

今回の内容でわからないことがあれば遠慮せず、個人的に質問してください。都度お答えさせて頂きます。

また、プランが追加されますが、Patreon内の全てのコンテンツは5＄プランで全て閲覧可能なのは変わりませんのでご安心ください。

あくまでも上位プランは投げ銭プラン扱いで、ご支援してくださった方への感謝を込めて特典を追加しております。

We would like to inform you of a change in the way we handle requests

We would like to inform you of some changes and additions to our membership.

We would like to make the following changes for those of you who are busy.

Requests

　Normal Plan: Up to once a month (only for Uma Musume)

　Support Plan: Up to once a month (as long as I am available)

　Special Plan: Up to 4 times a month (whatever I am able to do)

　Each plan will reset the request right on the 1st of each month.

About membership

　Normal Plan: Name will be changed to Bronze Plan, and new membership will be discontinued from January next year (current members can keep their current membership).

　Support Plan: Name changed to Silver Plan, no change in content

　Special Plan: Name changed to Gold Plan, content unchanged

　(Additional) Platinum Plan ($15): Once a month, 30-50 illustrations will be created for each individual subscriber (separate request).

There is no change to the 5$ plan to see all contents!

Also, each of these may change in the future, but this is the response at this time.

【Details and background】

We are currently receiving requests from a great many people.

As stated in the membership description, there is currently no limit to the number of requests we can receive.

We did not expect to receive so many requests,

Considering our future activities, we feel that the current state of our membership is

　It is difficult to manage the number of requests we receive (we may be over capacity).

　We will have to wait for a long time after receiving a request.

I would like to make it as easy as possible not to keep you waiting after receiving a request, but I am also concerned about my personal life.

However, due to the conflicts with my personal life, I am having a hard time adjusting to the situation.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have decided to make some changes to the requests.

The changes for each plan are summarized above.

For the Normal and Support Plans, requests will be posted within one month from the date they are received.

Special plan users will be given approximately one week to submit their requests.

We have already had a situation where we have been waiting for about a month.

We think it is safe to assume that there will be no change in the basic format.

If you have any questions, please ask them privately when you submit your request.

Then, regarding the plan changes, we are effectively discontinuing the Normal Plan.

The main reason is that more than 95% of our customers are on the Support Plan.

Most of the subscribers are looking for a variety of works, such as Mashiro-chan and R18, and we have decided that offering only Uma Musume works does not meet the demand.

Any content is acceptable, but please understand that we will not produce R18 of Uma Musume, even though it is between individuals.

If you have any questions about the content of this project, please do not hesitate to ask me privately. We will answer your questions as they arise.

Also, please be assured that although we are adding a new plan, you will still be able to view all of the content on Patreon with the 5$ plan.

The higher plan is only treated as a throwaway plan, and we are adding the benefits as a thank you to those who have supported us.
