Well there is a constant fear of War starting again from the more sane. Mostly since letting the Dragons loose is mass army elimination, while forcing them to battle is very hard. Either wait a generation for a new War of Unification to be launched or else you might see a marriage type unification in 3 or more generations, after the fires of revenge go down to embers.
