Build 13 - Phase 1 Release (Patreon)

It's been a long time in coming, and some of the stuff that I wanted in this phase's release didn't make the cut because of issues that were harder to fix than I thought, but those things are poised to be the first things put into Phase II. But you guys have waited long enough for a release. So here it is.
