Weighed down by armor (Patreon)
Content
Working on a gift image that I should have completed weeks ago... I'm reminded of how much I dislike working on complicated costumes, such as armor. It's especially draining with my approach to colored lines, which... I'm not sure yet if it's just the thought of coloring that armor that's making it such a slog, or maybe it's the approach in general. I suppose I'll find out when I get to the recent pinups.
That aside, my Patreon is now unpaused for the first time in over a year, so it's probably about time I considered some of the changes or new features that the site occasionally emails me about. Subscription-based billing, for example, where your pledge is processed based on when you signed up, rather than on the first of every month. I'm curious what everyones' thoughts on this are.
Something else that's been at the back of my mind for the past couple of years, is what to do with my top tier. Thanks to NFTs and AI, I'm not as comfortable with making my source files available as I used to be. I don't currently have any alternatives in mind, so whether the other benefits are still worth it is up to those patrons.
In lighter news, it looks like I'll be enjoying at least another 10 days of peace & quiet. The only question is how much of it I'll put to good use, once this gift image is finally out of the way...
