Sweet Chastity (Patreon)

Penthouse Magazine's Sweet Chastity, like Little Annie Fanny, was another adult comic that I was introduced to at too young an age. Unlike Annie, though, the introduction was too brief for me to remember the name, which became a bit maddening, later.

For the longest time, all I could remember of the series was a single image of a woman in uniform exploding out of said uniform, and that it was either drawn & painted by the same artist as the Oh, Wicked Wanda series, was part of that series, or had a similar look.

In the early 2000s, there was a site that had collected the entire Wicked Wanda series online. Aside from being a nostalgia trip, it confirmed that the page I remembered was not from it. Later I'd learn that the artist - Ron Embleton - had a follow-up, called Sweet Chastity. Maybe that was where the page was from?

Eventually, Sweet Chastity found its way online. It wasn't a very long series, though, and did not contain the page I'd remembered.

In the past few years, I'd learned that Sweet Chastity had run for longer than I'd thought - what was available online were early-2000s reprints from Penthouse Comix, which only covered the first 2 years of the comic's run. After some digging, I'd learned that the comic had run for 7 years, up until Ron Embleton's death in 1988.

In 2022 I'd started collecting issues of Penthouse, with the aim of scanning those comics. Eventually, I'd found the chapter with the page I'd remembered!

The entire run is now up on Mega. I'm not ready to upload it elsewhere, yet, as I think there's still some work to be done - better color correction in some cases, others needing new scans due to print errors. Problems for later!
