While I was stuck in a rut for a good chunk of last month, I started to think about making video essays. At first I didn't think I'd have much to talk about, but the list of potential topics keeps growing and growing. If I were to make one video each month, currently there are enough ideas to last me more than a year. All I need to do is pick one, and get started.

I don't know if I'll actually go through with it, so for now the channel will be a dumping ground for ads & other clips from my VHS & laserdisc projects.

So much media is discarded simply because it was never meant to last in the place. I've made it my hobby to locate and preserve what I'm able (and interested in). For VHS tapes and laserdiscs, I use a Domesday Duplicator to capture the raw RF signal from the player.
