Small things (or not so small) (Patreon)

This one came to me the other day, after thinking about how nipples tend to be drawn in Western animation (on the rare occasion that they ARE drawn)...

It might make more sense once it's inked & colored.

Updated: Inked & colored! I'm not ready to call it finished just yet, though. I haven't decided if I want to do a bit of shading or just leave it as-is, plus the inspiration behind this was has kinda of fizzled out...

The original idea was a sort of critique how nipples are drawn in Western animation, on the rare occasion that they ARE drawn - a line encircling the areola, when IMO it looks softer/better without the line. The problem with that is couldn't find enough examples to help make my case. Aside from Heavy Metal and Ralph Bakshi's films, adult animation in the West has been more focused on swearing & "edgy" humor than showing boobs.

But at least we got a pinup out of the whole thing.
