Why wouldn't she be able to do this if she had naturals? Would it be too much titty wrangling?

Maybe? I'm just picturing her with a pair of basketballs, and constantly thinking "this was a poor decision" because of how they limit her movement

Giant implants can be like having bowling balls attached to your chest. They are rather hard and therefore not squishable.
