Hello! My first set of March!

This set comes to you from the wild woods of Montana. I was happily still napping and sleeping in my car a lot through these days. This was after I made the trek through Glacier National Park. Which was absolutely incredible! The peaks are tall, and the aura is something out of a novel. Everything was damp, foggy, and incredibly quiet. The winds were strong and merciless as they cut the rain right through you.

It was not easy to be there. I had to stay in a terrible little hotel that lost power because it was far too cold to camp (the highest it was while I was in the area was 35 degrees, it was MAY!) I watched it snow, hail, sleet, and rain. It never let up, it never stopped. I drove around Glacier as much as I could, until.... it flooded, and everyone was told to try and get out of the area if they could.

So I left, it became very difficult, and I wasn't having much luck with shooting at all. I spent the night in a campground a few hours outside of Glacier (where it was much warmer, and not raining, those mountains really mess you up!)

I woke up the next morning and ventured to Flathead. It was beautiful, and just a taste of how wide and open Montana can really be outside the Rockies. Montana is insanely gorgeous, and I'm very sad this was my only set I got to take there. I highly recommend anyone to go there if you're up for some real adventures! They don't call it cowboy country for nothing.

This was also a part of my trip where I became very lonely. I had no cell phone service while I was in Canada, and I still didn't have any even coming into the states. I was hours from an interstate and from anything familiar. Things would settle back into place in a few days once I go to Wyoming, but I remember how exhausted I was at this point. I had been in and out of hotels and cars, when I'm used to staying with people every once in a while. It's amazing, but it wears on you. I remember when I took this set, it made me feel refreshed and happy though.

I hope you love this set

You look gorgeous in every shot, and the scenery looks great.

This is legitimately one of the prettiest self portraits sets you've done. The simplistic yet majestic background of the forest is great. And you can tell there's a difference in mood than some of your other self portraits. absolutely beautiful.
