Hello! 

I hope you are well. I have this absolutely amazing set of my friend Jenn June. She came to visit me while I was in Seattle and we had an amazing time together! We did this hike to Diablo Lake while out in the Cascades for the day. 

She had never been out west before and I was so excited to show her mountains and pristine lakes. Diablo Lake is very famous in Washington and for good reason! This place is beautiful, like out of a movie or something.

We drove through the country side and into the mountains from Seattle. We told each other stories as we watched the world somehow grow larger yet we felt more closed in. The air smelled fresh, and I was so relieved to get out of the city for the day. 

We stopped at the bottom of the lake before we did the hike to the summit (I have photos from that as well!) It was amazing and this water was freezing cold, so Jenn is such a trooper.
