Torre and I went on vacation a few weeks ago in Myrtle Beach. I've never been there, and it was absolutely beautiful! 

Torre saw a shark, I didn't see it haha. But everyone had to get out of the water a few times, which of course, I think is amazing. Even though it's terrifying, I love the idea of an animal of that capacity getting so close is an act of nature I'm glad to have witnessed. I did run into a few fish though, even kicked one while I'm swimming one day. Haha. 

I have a very close connection with the ocean. It feels refreshing and clean to me. I love the smell of the salt, and the warm breezes that give you goosebumps. 

It wasn't the most relaxing vacation ever, haha, between our families, long drives and general running around, our energy was being depleted haha. 

So we decide to take a few hours to ourselves and wander Myrtle Beach State Park. We snapped a few polaroids so we have those memories with us forever. 

All in all, it was an amazing trip. I wish I could have more beach time every summer. One day I'll have a house that sits right on the beach, haha.
