LAGCORP SMP IS NOW OPEN! (Patreon)

Ladies, gentlemen, theys and thems... the LagCorp SMP is BACK for SEASON TWO! We have officially entered our Pokemon era. The new server is essentially a mainline open world pokemon game mixed with minecraft, and is open to ALL PAYING MEMBERS of the patreon. Detailed instructions for joining are as follows!

This is the LAGCORP SMP: SEASON 2 MODPACK!

This modpack runs on the CurseForge launcher. Download the standalone version here (you don't need Overwolf):

The server IP is lagcorp.apexmc.co

When you first hop into the server, you'll be greeted by an overly dramatic screen asking you to post a "fingerprint." This is due to one of our mods we have installed for managing the pack. Just press skip, and when the dumb little "risks" screen pops up, just follow the on screen prompts. You got nothing to worry about.

This pack also includes a mod that allows us to update it without users needing to import new profiles. Upon first connecting to the server, you'll get a message that says "This server provides an external modpack! Do you want to download it?" Click download and restart the game. You only need to do this on initial launch.

Finally, when you initially try to log on, you'll be asked to verify yourself and a code will be shown on screen. This is to make sure you're a paid member of the patreon. Just head to the LagCorp discord and type /link followed by your code in the channel named #minecraft-whitelist-bot. After that, restart the pack and you'll' be good to go!

I recommend allocating at least SIX gigabytes of ram for everything to run smoothly. More might be needed if running shaders. If you need a tutorial on allocating ram, use this: https://youtu.be/GFFRJ9RcrG8?si=NctmBzVkw0FzuIfT&t=30

Finally, you have shaders built into your pack. If you want to turn them on, press "K" in game. This will take more processing power though, so keep that in mind!

I am incredibly excited to share this pack with you guys. My pal Scotsman put an insane amount of work into making this whole thing happen. I'll be popping in to say hello and see how the server is progressing, so make sure you're HARD AT WORK!!!!!!! We've left the spawn extremely barren this time around intentionally so you guys can build it up yourselves. Also, because there's so much content, I'll be putting together a small little instructional video telling you guys what you can do in game. Be on the lookout for it!
