LAGCORP SMP: SCUM EDITION IS NOW OPEN TO PLAY FOR ALL PATRONS! (Patreon)

Ladies, gentlemen, theys and thems... the LagCorp SMP is BACK for season three! We are now open for business with ALL paying patrons.

This pack is a nearly 1:1 version of the ScumSMP server that me, Luka and Scotsman put together. Same island, same mods, different people! Seek out and fight insane bosses in the Cataclysm mod, try your hand at creating gizmos with Create: Aeuronautics, or sit back and relax with our plethora of fishing mods. This is by far our best pack yet.

Detailed instructions for joining are as follows!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the LAGCORP SMP: SCUM EDITION MODPACK!

Our modpack runs on MODRINTH, not curseforge like previous servers. Download the client here: https://modrinth.com/app

To play on the server, you need to download and install the ScumSMP modpack, attached below. To install it, open Modrinth, then click the green plus icon in the bottom left corner of the app. Finally, under "create instance", click the tab that says "from file" and select the file you downloaded from me. BOOM! Imported!

The pack is a little beefy, so I recommend allocating around 12gbs of ram to make it run smooth. Here's a guide on doing that in modrinth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-wsjVbmPiw

The server IP is lagcorp.apexmc.co

When you initially try to log on, you'll be asked to verify yourself and a code will be shown on screen. This is to make sure you're a paid member of the patreon. Just head to the LagCorp discord and type /link followed by your code in the channel named #minecraft-whitelist-bot. After that, restart the pack and you'll' be good to go!

Finally, you have shaders built into your pack. If you want to turn them on, press "O" in game. This will take more processing power though, so keep that in mind!

I'm so proud of how the main SMP has gone over the last week. This pack is great, the map is gorgeous and there's so much to keep us busy. I hope you'll enjoy playing on here, I'll be sure to pop in and say hello.

Thanks for your support guys. Enjoy the server!
