WIP Tech69 (Patreon)

So I have had to revise my project with the mall Im building. I realised that it will be to heavy to run on many computers, both because of its size, using four levels above ground and three underground, and the amount of CC and packs I have to use to get is as I envisioned it. So Im working on that.

Meanwhile, this is the lot for Nick Strauss, he lives in the penthouse on the top floor. It is 95% done and I just need to finish some of the final decor and the gym/pool in the basement. I will be using this lot for storyplay since it has two floors with offices, a café, a supermarket and the penthouse. Hopefully it will be uploaded tomorrow or the next day... I need to finish the other office sims I need for my story to and they will be uploaded aswell.

Well, enough with the ranting... I hope you will like it when its completed!
