Here is Molly and I's Vinland Saga character tier list where we rank all the characters of the show from season 1 and 2! Which one do you agree with more and let us know who you would put as S tier characters. - Lia

Good lists! I’d have to say I’m closer to Lia’s (mostly just because Thorfinn is in S tier). In regard to you both wanting to know more about Snake, (no manga spoilers don’t worry) during his fight with Thorfinn in the Gardar episodes, Snake thinks to himself that since he’s “a warrior from Miklagard,” he is surprised that Thorfinn is so difficult for him. It’s not really stated in the show, but Miklagard was actually the Old Norse name for Constantinople/modern Istanbul. The Byzantine emperors around that time had a private elite guard made up of Norsemen, so it’s possible Snake could have been a member of that. His sword also had kind of an Eastern style to it, which he probably got during that time as well. Sorry for the unprompted history lesson haha but I totally agree that Snake is one of the coolest characters in the show and I always liked that little hint towards his backstory.

Yeah I'm gonna have to agree with Molly's tier list a lot more than yours, after her explanation its hard not to be convinced. Sorry not sorry Lia ahahaha
