As stated in Patreon's blog post on this topic, "For a contest to be allowed on Patreon, the winner cannot be determined by pure chance... Why is this contest acceptable: this contest relied on creator choice, or judgement, rather than chance to pick the winner."

My favorite is of course the goat, Debbie. As a son to a single mom, all her storylines hit close to home for me. In a show of super powers and aliens, she represents true strength. She stands against anyone for the sake of her sons. Even Oliver who isn't her blood gets the same love. Debbie all the way!

The answer is Debbie. As a parent myself, she is a role model. She has saved the world multiple times through parenting. She has no superpowers, but still possess strength and power in her influence of others. She raised the Mark that defied the Viltrumite takeover. Nolan lived over a thousand years yet the 20 with Debbie made him defy his people. As an adoptive parent myself, I admire the way she immediately fell into the role as a parent to Oliver when many would want nothing to do with their ex’s alien bug baby. And even though she puts her family first, she still manages to find time for her own life and career. Debbie is iconic and the true hero of the story.

As much as a basic answer as it is,for me it’s Mark, his sometimes flawed views on morality and being a hero really roots him as a character that feels real. People aren’t perfect and Mark is prime example of it. As a recent comic reader his journey is something to be appreciated as its very human story set in a world of aliens, superpowered beings and universal threats. Can’t wait for you, Molly and Courtney to experience it in its entirety :)

Moonboi

Battle beast because my white cat left me and I'd like to imagine he's an intergalactic warrior now.

Frank Stallone

I have to go with Nolan due to his extreme redemption arc. I want to believe that even after a thousand years of totalitarian social conditioning and committing untold atrocities one could change, learn empathy and attempt to atone for their past sins. How would they handle the overwhelming guilt and knowing no one would ever forgive them? What would their attempt at atonement even look like with that frame of mind? And as observers what do we personally believe? Is there a line he can cross to reach atonement in your eyes? I think Nolan’s redemption arc is the narrative linchpin of the series Also JK Simmons is fucking awesome.

Frank One

My favorite character is Donald. Normally you have a side character that doesn't really have that much depth in their character but the way the portrayed him is pretty cool. He needed to understand that his life has been used for the GDA but still fights for what is right. Against evil instead of turning evil. During Rick's life altering change, he still decided to help him because he can relate to him.

Rex Splode for me. He starts off as a major dickhole who’s funny sometimes, but makes an effort to do better so grows on you and caring about the people he’s around. I was so bummed when he died but in the end He goes from selfish to selfless. Seeing other people go through the same emotions of disliking Rex to being upset over his death shows why I think his arc is so good.

I would also have to say Debbie. Like many I love her whole character but her relationship with Oliver is what gets me. I was adopted and the way she takes him in is so real. It's the line when she grabs marks cheek and says "I would do it for you, Oliver's no different" actually chokes me up. Invincible is just full of beautiful relationships and characters, seeing everyone's various thoughts just shows how amazing this show is.

So this show is amazing and the characters are also really good. It’s hard to pick one favorite but through out each season my favorite character has changed. S1 my favorite was Mark just because it was his show and he had to go through so much in the span of like 2to 3 months. Then s2 to s3 it changed between Debbie and Rex. Debbie for how strong she is and pushing through the trauma she went through. Rex because he grew up and changed so much that he understands all the mistakes he made and wanted to change to be better in the future. Last season I just find it funny how a lot of people thought thragg as gunna be so week then in episode 7 he came in swinging and everyone knew he lived up to the hype.

Lane

My favorite invincible character is Debbie. I just feel like she's such a good mom in the show and the love she has for her boys is so pure. Like when Oliver wants to rush into danger and she has to fight her urge to make him stay because she does not want anything to happen to him, it is moments like that where I am reminded of my own mother and just how powerful and important her love is. Also, anytime she is put into danger I am on the edge of my seat. When Angstrom broke her arm my immediate thought was "Oh, that's gore of my comfort character" like how dare they (Angstrom and the writers) do that to Debbie. She is just an amazing character and she really leads the way as a moral compass as well. She is always making sure the boys are doing the right thing and staying in line. Like when she brings Mark back down to Earth in season one when he got his powers or how she parents Oliver and shows him that every life is important. I think she brings a lot to the story and is such an important and lovable character. and that is why she has to be my favorite!

Mike Hunt

Omni-Man. I've never seen someone handle parenting with the same energy as a natural disaster. Efficient? Yes. Healthy? Not even slightly.

Johannes Scheldt

My favourite character is probably Nolan. The redemption arc is too good

Folded Ghoul

My favorite character was Rex. I am a fan of the "kind hearted jerk" trope, like Han Solo. But tbh id rather have the reactions than a poster...
