The wild thing about intestines is that if you are disemboweled you can kind of just shove them all back in and as you heal your intestines will reposition themselves into the correct orientation.

It isn't amazon "changing Oliver's skin color," this is just how he ages. Back when he dragged Mark's face across Earth, Nolan actually explained things then and we can just apply it to Oliver. It is the purity of Viltrimite DNA in effect. Even though Oliver's mother's species only live for a single year, Oliver would still live far longer than a human's natural lifespan since his aging is slowing-- just like Mark. I don't think he would live as long as a purer Viltrimite, but he will still look forty when we all pass from old age lol. Similarly, his skin is just changing during puberty to match his father instead of Andressa
