As Mei Mei walked away, leaving Albert and his stunned classmates in her wake, he couldn't help but feel on top of the world. The girl he had admired from afar was actually interested in him! And not only that, she thought highly of his work as well. He felt like he was floating on air as he made his way back to his dorm room, replaying their conversation over and over again in his head.

The rest of the day flew by in a blur for Albert. He barely remembered attending classes or eating dinner; all he could think about was 4pm and the chance to spend time alone with Mei Mei. As the clock struck four, he nervously made his way to the meeting spot, his heart pounding wildly in his chest.

There she was, standing tall and beautiful as always, waiting for him patiently. "Hi Albert," she greeted him with a warm smile. "I'm glad you could make it." Her words sent shivers down his spine, and he found himself stumbling over his own words in response.

But soon enough, they were engrossed in a lively discussion about Albert's paper, delving into the finer details of his calculations and theories. Mei Mei's sharp mind and insightful questions challenged him in all the right ways, pushing him to think more deeply about his work. And as they worked side by side, he couldn't help but notice how close they were standing, how their hands brushed against each other when passing notes or papers back and forth.

As they started to walk together through the campus, Mei Mei and Albert found themselves engrossed deeper in the conversation about his paper. She asked him questions that no one else had ever thought of before, and he felt his confidence soaring as he explained everything to her in great detail. It was almost like they were equals, just two people who shared the same passion for science.

Albert couldn't believe how easy it was to talk to Mei Mei now that the pressure was off. He had always been intimidated by her beauty and intelligence, but now she seemed so normal, just another girl with a love for knowledge. And as he looked into her eyes, he realized that he wasn't attracted to her because of her looks; it was her mind that truly captivated him.

As they continued to discuss, heads turned in their direction as everyone watched in disbelief. Never before had they seen someone walking alongside Mei Mei, let alone engaging her in conversation. They couldn't believe that she was actually enjoying herself with this awkward nerd.

But Albert didn't seem to notice or care about the stares and whispers around them. He was too focused on Mei Mei and the amazing time they were having together. And as they continued walking, she suddenly stopped him mid-sentence. "I think we should save the rest for another time," she said with a smile.

Albert felt his heart sink at her words. Was this it? Had their moment come to an end already? But then Mei Mei looked up at him and asked, "So, Albert... do you have any plans for the rest of the day?"

He hesitated, caught off guard by her question. He had planned on going back to his room and basking in the afterglow of their conversation, but now that she was asking him, he realized how much he wanted to spend more time with her. "I... I don't have any plans," he stammered out finally.

Mei Mei smiled again, relief evident in her eyes. "Great! Because I saw a flyer for a free golf trial later today and thought it might be fun to try out." She pointed at a flyer stuck on a nearby tree that read "Learn Golf Today! Free Trial!"

Albert's eyes widened in surprise. He had never even held a golf club, let alone hit a ball with one. But the thought of spending more time with Mei Mei was too tempting to pass up. "Sure," he said hesitantly. "I mean... I'd love to try it out."

Mei Mei clapped her hands in excitement. "Great! It starts at 5pm, so we have just enough time to grab something to eat first." She took his arm and led him towards a nearby café. "What do you feel like? Hamburgers or pizza?"

Albert couldn't believe how perfect the day was turning out to be. He would never have imagined that he, Albert, nerd extraordinaire, would be having dinner with Mei Mei. And yet here he was, walking with her towards an uncertain but exciting future.

After much deliberation, they decided on a pizza from the lake café. They walked towards their destination, enjoying each other's company more than ever before. Mei Mei shared stories about her childhood and family, while Albert regaled her with tales of his math camp adventures (much to her amusement).

As they sat down at a cozy table overlooking the lake, Mei Mei leaned in closer to him and confessed something that caught Albert completely off guard. "You know, when you said hi to me yesterday, I was so surprised. I didn't mean to ignore you," she blushed slightly. "I was just searching for words... but when I finally found them, you were already taken by your friend."

Albert looked at her in disbelief. Could it be true? Had Mei Mei been waiting all this time for him to talk to her? But then she continued "But that also gave me courage to talk to you today."

Albert couldn't help but feel his heart skip multiple beats as he looked into her eyes, he never thought, that one day he would be sitting here with the most mysterious girl in school. "I'm glad you did" he said finally and took her hand in his own.

Mei Mei took out her phone and opened the camera app before handing it over to Albert. "Let's capture this moment," she said with a smile. "Take a selfie for us."

Albert's hands trembled as he tried to adjust the camera and take a photo of them. Just when he thought he had it right, a sudden gust of wind came and tousled Mei Mei's hair, causing her to let out an adorable giggle. In his excitement, Albert couldn't help but snap the picture before she could stop him.

When both of them looked at the screen, they burst into laughter at the silly selfie that had been captured. Mei Mei immediately grabbed for her phone again and tried to take another one, but Albert held onto it tightly. "No, this one's perfect," he said with a smile. "We're keeping it."

After finishing their pizza, they both got up and walked over to the golf course where the free trial was being held. They changed into their golf attire (both of them looking rather ridiculous in their mismatched clothing) and headed out onto the green.

It didn't take long for both Albert and Mei Mei to realize that neither of them had ever played golf before. Their swings were laughable at best, and they spent more time chasing after stray balls than actually hitting them where they intended. But despite their ineptitude, they couldn't help but giggle and have fun together.

Just as Albert was about to give up on ever getting the hang of it, a strong gust of wind blew across the course, causing Mei Mei's skirt to rise up just enough to reveal her white panties beneath. Albert felt his face turn bright red as he stared at them in shock, unable to tear his eyes away.

Mei Mei noticed his gaze and blushed deeply herself. "Uh... I think we should take a break," she stammered out before quickly walking away from him towards the clubhouse.

Back inside the clubhouse, Mei Mei leaned against the wall, trying to calm down her racing heart and reddened face. Despite how embarrassing it had been for her, she couldn't deny that there was a certain thrill in knowing that Albert had seen her panties.

When he finally entered, she smiled at him reassuringly. "It's okay," she said softly, wanting to put his mind at ease. "I don't mind you seeing."

They both dressed back into their normal clothes and walked home together in silence. The awkwardness between them was palpable, but when Albert finally broke the silence by suggesting they go for coffee, Mei Mei couldn't help but smile brightly. "That sounds great," she agreed, taking his hand in hers as they continued on their way.
