Eminem has been sober for I believe 16 years! This is his best album for me personally. 💥

NoBreathing

Its all downhill from here untill his latest album

Rosanna Taylor

1 second in and liked already! Toooo exciteddd

Ash

I love Nem nem

Cam

W.T.P was played in a party scene in the movie Project X.

Jack Castro

Always a great time when Vert or Stevie Knight react to Em, great react!!! Wish u would have done the vids on space bound and no love

Joseph Solomon

Don’t listen to people saying it’s downhill from here. After this album PLEASE listen to bad meets evil: welcome to hell. It’s chronologically next and so fucking good

Chelle Mollomini

By far my fav album of newer Em and then Revival. River is where it’s at.

Chelle Mollomini

Oh and not only did he do a song with Rhianna, he did Rihanna.

Cam

React to, Bad Meets Evil Hell: The Sequel (2011). Eminem & Royce da 5’9 album.

McLovin

MMLP2 is his 4th best album imo anyone who calls it trash is smoking crack but revival is trash and kamikaze is mid then music to be murdered by and the death of slim shady are pretty good.

Ash

I’m with Joseph here. A Bad Meets Evil’s Hell: The Sequel album reaction would totally make sense after Recovery. It’s Eminem and Royce da 5”9 at their most technical. You’ll enjoy it if you’re willing to be sucker punched lyrically.

Mafi

If anyone thinks mmlp2 is bad they trippin he ate on that album

Tim Colter

All the albums after the next one are 🤌🤌 and death of shady being the best Eminem album probably ever. You're literally in for a treat after revival

Leo B

you're gonna love MMLP 2 bro...

Alon

Hey loved this reaction. Watching you do this reminded me of when I first heard it and I think we had an identical reaction. If you asked me in 2010 I would have said this was my favorite Eminem album. Also I appreciate wanting to put it above his original classics. People get stuck in this mindset of having to hold up his first three to unreachable standards when Imo hes surpassed SSLP a few times now. Recovery is really really great still, and in my top 5 records from him. Hot take but I put it above SSLP. 1. TES 2. MMLP 3. TDOSS(The Death Of Slim Shady) 4. MTBMB side A(Music to be Murdered By) 5. Recovery Two things about MMLP2 you should know going in. 1. He has kind of an odd throaty delivery on it, that we now know was caused by really bad tinnitus he had at the time. For whatever reason that vocal range was how he could literally physically hear himself best while recording. Your mileage may vary with this, for some people it doesn't bother them at all, for me it does but I still think this album is very good. 2. It doesnt really sound much like the first MMLP. Its more of a thematic sequel than anything. Also this is where he starts experimenting with weird flow pockets but theyre mostly still pretty tame here. Don't want to color your perception or anything, but these are things I wish I knew going into the project. Again its still very good.

Ash

I’m pleasantly surprised you enjoyed Recovery this much, even though it’s not one of my top favs but watching you vibe to it was super fun. You being on this Eminem journey feels the closest to hearing him for the first time and it’s been awesome so far. I’m confident you’re gonna enjoy the rest of the albums too (except for maybe one… 👀).

Luckigrl

He doesn’t auto tune, he stacks his vocals, so several of his highs and lows 🔥

JamalZ

Seduction was a subliminal diss at JayZ who had a song that said “aww” throughout the song and gave Eminem a backhanded compliment that he did not appreciate 😂 so he personifies rap as a woman to tell JayZ Em’s music is better than his. You gotta stop taking his lyrics at face value. There’s almost always a deeper meaning

Zeldenx23

Yep this is my favorite eminem album

Zeldenx23

And I don't think eminem even has a bad album, even I like revival, so excited to watch the rest of the journey,

Zeldenx23

If you like when eminem is mad you are gonna LOVE kamikaze. So far your eminem music taste seems similar to mine, so you won't dislike any future albums

L M

going through changes made me an eminem fan.

Gokuden Uchiha

MMLP2 wasn’t a bad album at all. Most of these niggas are either too young to understand the current Em, too dumb to understand the current Em’s lyrics , or old school shady dick riders who would say they’re fans but only of his old music. Shit don’t work like that, yeah the old Eminem dropped absolute bangers but Eminem still dropping bangers he just doesn’t use the same slow roller coaster cadence he used to use.

Zeldenx23

You missed multiple music videos :(

Lia

Verti you missed so much music videos whattt

Lia

I told you recovery is a fucking W !!

Orges

Bro missed all the music videos

Andrew Cannon

You need to listen to No Ceilings by Wayne. It’s earlier than this. He’s ABSURDLY good

Andrew Cannon

25 to life will be in your top 3 on recovery after you listen a few times

Zeldenx23

And yes I've only been in one relationship. Lasted a year and a half. Was cheated on twice. Lied to hundreds of times, hit and abused, but even so, up to the first initial cheating I was never abusive or anything. I only became verbally abusive after she cheated.. we tried and tried again after breaking up about 15 times. We kept wanting to try to save our love but it never ended up working

Fuh

gotta do the music vids tho for now on like space bound had 1 ltwyl had 1 not afraid had 1 mmlp 2 has music vids u gotta do

Chris Miles

Bro Eminem's lyricism in terms of puns and double/triple meaning bars goes insane the rest of his career starting with this album. Everytime you listen to a song again you pick up a new meaning somewhere.

Emilio Ingham-Freitas

I don't know what these lads are saying about mmlp2, because it was a lyrical masterpiece. I think Eminem found his style in mmlp2.

Emilio Ingham-Freitas

should listen to hell: The Sequel (Royce and Em go back and forth on each song, with a more developed Recovery style from Em) and Eminem's Southpaw songs before MMLP2.

As others are saying, not sure why all the hate for albums past Recovery. I like MMLP 2, Kamikaze and Music to be murdered by side B deluxe edition. But his latest album The Death of Slim Shady is top tier Eminem. I like all of his albums (minus revival lol) but TDOSS is his best album in a long time to me personally. I can’t wait for you to get caught up. Anyway, great reaction again. Also, I’m so happy you liked relapse. I loved that album when it came out and it still holds up to me.

Mason Standley

MmLP 2 is great. The technical ability on that album is so fire. Also I know revival gets alot of hate but go in with an open mind. There’s some bangers on there. Most of it is raw and he just pours his heart out through his pen. It’s a very emotional album and it’s one of my favourites, castle & arose are very emotional and the way he ties the songs together is genius. I’m looking forward to it. It’s not a head banging album. It’s a thought provoking one and is more like poetry. That’s why it wasn’t well received. But make no mistake the pen game is still fire if you dive dee into it looking forward to that reaction bro 👍

Mr. blaze

Mmlp2 is the best album of the 2010s. His technical ability on that album reminded everyone how far ahead of the game he was

Jacob James

I’m surprised you put going through changes so low, it seemed like you liked it a lot while listening to it, defining more than no love haha glad you enjoyed the album so much! My fav has always been Cinderella man too

Jacq

I’ve been going through the after 2004 Em discography for the 1st time. Loved loved loved Recovery. I liked MMLP 2 (“Berzerk” is amazing). Trying to make it through Revival and want to poke out my eardrums. It’s so cringe. Really hoping the next few albums are better.

Vebjørn Knutsen

man kills me watching you dont pick up on the fact that seduction og 25 to life is about the rap game, not some chick.. support from norway!

Katie L

You need to watch the videos for these songs. Space bound is excellent. Cinderella man. Etc.

Person29

Won't Back Down was the song of the map for Five on Black Ops Zombies, got me to start listening to Eminem back when I first played it lol

Person29

WWWWW take on Cinderella Man ive always loved that song

MrlDamage

On a binge of watching your reactions, and now that we're here: Recovery is my favorite Em album. I Stan so hard for this album, know every lyric of every song. Can't wait to watch you react to the rest of his discography and belt every word in the middle of the night

Jade

I’m pretty sure Seduction isn’t about an actual female. It’s a metaphor for hiphop. Eminem refers to hip hop as a female a lot in his music. His song favorite bitch on music to be murdered by side B is about hiphop

Solid87

You must must must go through the BET Cyphers and Westwood Cyphers

Lewis Fender

It's crazy how much Eminem's music is connected. Different chapters of his life are depicted through different series of songs. Deja vu, Going Through Changes, and Castle and Arose are like a series about that chapter of his life

Anthony Doyle

There wasn't one miss on this album all good songs I find so funny you have like PTSD when you hear bizarre
