I really encourage you to watch the intros each episode - they HYPE you up so much, they are just part of the AOT experience and it gets you in the mindset. they make you patriotic for a fictional country that ain't yours 🤣. I just love love love. The songs are amazing and they deserve to be experienced more than once!

There are clues hidden in plain sight, that you could never catch on your 1st watch of the entire show, but can easily spot the 2nd time.

That's not true, they're only weightless once they're dead. When they're alive, they weigh a ton. This was literally explained in season 1. Hange said that a titan's arm weighed a ton, but once it was cut off, it weighed next to nothing.

Yeah, I'm not complaining for reactors who didn't get all of the clues. It just I have a high faith in him at the first half of S1 for his enthusiasm to know more about the deep plots and foreshadowings. But, as the times went on, I started to lose faith when he started at Female Titan arc. At first, he didn't catch and clues at all and still keep trying, but still focus on the plot. However, at the end of S1 and start of S2, I felt like he started to just don't care about what's going on anymore and just accept what's on screen without deep thinking anymore. Hell, he didn't even aware of the plot from this first two episodes where they have to warn the nearby village for Titan breach. S2 will be a mindf**k for him. Idk what will happen with him at the first half of S3 and at the end of it.

No spoilers, just information. Survery Corp and the Scouts are the same thing. They just like to say it in different ways. They're also called the wings of Freedom. The way you can tell the difference between all the military branches for later episodes is by the wings embedded on their cloaks in the back. As well as the wing insignia on their uniform. All the members you have seen so far are in the Scouts. So Ymir, Christa, Connie, Reiner, and Bertholdt are in the same military branch as Levi, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. Annie is the only one who chose a different branch among all her friends. There are three types of military branches in AOT. Survery Corp (Wings of Freedom): Those are the ones who explore the outside world and fight titans beyond the walls. Garrison Regiment (The roses on their cloaks): They're the ones who protect, maintain, and patrol the Walls. Lastly, The Miltary Police Brigada (The Green horses on their cloaks): They protect the royal family. It's also well known - right now - where Annie chose to reside in and fought Eren in titan form.

I don't know about "power system" but I have a feeling he'd get hyped over a lot of HxH. That's a badass anime. It's another one-of-a-kind viewing. Pretty long for a lot of folks tho. It's still worth every episode. Serious or otherwise. Being awesome all the way through is pretty impressive for a long-ish anime.

Yeah, that's largely a Crunchyroll inconsistency. I grew up on "Abnormal" and not "Aberrant" - but they mean the same thing, in this context. It's annoying, but... subbing and dubbing have always been horribly inconsistent. Different groups get the job - and suddenly you have a new vernacular.

Hell yeah it makes you tense. That's perfection. Especially once you start to care about the characters it's like "fuck. What's gonna happen now, to who?" - it's kind of brilliant. Writer-san knew wtf he was doing. So did director and sound design guy too, all of them are pretty brilliant. There's so much good in this one, that most of it goes unnoticed - but it still hits like a truck.

A man could only be so lucky, she's easily the sweetest character aside from Marco - who is already mutilated. Ymir has been in the show since about or maybe right after Eren sealed the gate with the boulder, she just didn't act like a bitch and was mostly in the background so you figured she was just Titan chow. That's why you shouldn't try too hard every name - they didn't even tell you hers until the last couple episodes. I don't even know if she spoke before that. My time-frames could be a little off, cuz I wasn't paying attention to her either. She's like, lingering around a bit earlier tho.

I never realized until rewatching your reaction, how profoundly good a man Sasha's dad is. I live in the country - North Dakota - and I have to say we've experienced a similar thing over the last 20 years. It's natural but like... I love his "human" reaction to the situation he's facing too. It's a lot more "based" than most people. This guy gets it. I like him a lot. He's like this old ass farmer I drank with once. So much - that guy, he used a dremel (a powertool) to carve literally every inch of his house into some intricate designs. That house should be - and probably is - worth millions ...and he had a room dedicated to old merchandise like toys and cards and shit. He wasn't doing so well when I drank whiskey with him, and that was like .... years ago, but I hope he's doing alright. I even talked to people he grew up with, and they didn't think much of him - but I had to tell them (including my father) that he was some kind of genius. It wasn't just his house either. His entire farmstead was intricate... rocks, fences, etc - down to the finest detail. Including stories about where he found the rocks. It was amazing - and I've never seen anything like it to this day. random story for you random people who read this - but ...guys like Sasha's fictional father are some of the most amazing people out there. I promise. I seriously wish I took pictures - but it was night-time so it wouldn't have turned out that well.... I guess. Still, I need to get ahold of some people and see if it's still there and if I can go there in the daytime to take pictures. I'll upload them for sure.

It wasn't weightless, and it didn't way less just because it got cut off. What she was saying was it was surprisingly light, not that it still didn't have some weight to it. If the titans were realistic then they should weigh a lot more. Yes, a 15-meter titan is heavy as hell, but a creature that big should be way heavier, so heavy that their muscles shouldn't be able to move them.
