Okay, now you’re just teasing us at this point. In all seriousness, this is so funny and adorable. It’s pretty obvious at this point that Tristan seems to have developed feelings for Chili. Vice versa as well, as the Q&As showed. While we the viewers haven’t seen most of it, the Knights had to have traveled together off-screen long enough to get to know at least some things about each other at this current point in the comic and potentially lead to some romantic thoughts between team members. It does also make one wonder if their unexpected first encounter with each other back at Luna’s village may have secretly been a moment of love at first sight that they themselves just don’t realize yet. As much as I hate to admit it though, it’ll probably be a while before Tristan can muster up the courage to so much as ask Chili out on a date, though, then again, the latter may just do that for him, then it’ll just be a matter of accepting the occasion. And hey, since Alexander and Lily are part of the team now, and since the former has experience with both love and the ladies, maybe he can help Tristan with some wise advice on how to approach and treat Chili and how to let her know how he feels about her. Who knows, maybe Nigel, if and when we get to the point where Tristan starts to grow on him, which I imagine will happen soon enough since the former kinda has to stick with the latter until he can figure out how to get his sight back, as Luna intended, maybe he can Tristan get some initiative and backbone and with it the courage to ask Chili out. (Although considering it’s Nigel we’re talking about, I get the feeling whatever “love advice” he winds up giving to Tristan will be incredibly perverted, inappropriate, focused primarily on getting into her skirt by any means necessary and thus a one-way ticket to getting your ass bitch-slapped to oblivion. Best not to listen to him in that regard.) Luna knows that Tristan will most certainly need all the backbone and initiative he can get, not just for telling Chili how he feels about her, but in the battles that are to come soon. All in all, cute sketch, Zummeng, and I definitely look forward to seeing how Tristan and Chili’s relationship develops and hopefully see if they can indeed hit it off. At the very least, they already have a pretty good chance of having a more healthy and loving relationship than Mira and Leo’s overly complicated on-and-off love/hate relationship they got going on. 😆
