I’m sorry, in what world does suplexing your little sister’s fiancé, who is less than half your weight in muscle mass, so hard that you cause the floor to crack and potentially doing moderate to severe damage to his skull and spine somehow prove he’s a good man in your eyes? All you’re proving is that he doesn’t stand a chance against you in wrestling and potentially give him the impression that you might actually be crazy. Again, if Shen was built like a tank, maybe the amount of strength on that suplex wouldn’t be so bad, but he’s a skinny boi and thus, way more squishy and susceptible to injury and being broken in two. I stress once more folks, restraint and consent are essential, use ‘em. As I predicted, Emery’s not too happy that Zaphira didn’t throw up after all, I see. She really does have a little chaos gremlin inside her doesn’t she? 😆 On another note, I’m not liking that look on Ivy’s face there as she’s saying that line of dialogue. Of the four sisters that are either still on the fence about Shen or disapprove of him, Ivy’s already shown herself to be the most antagonistic of them, who seems to have no qualms about throwing her sisters under the bus through words, if she feels like it. I can only hope Zaphira doesn’t allow whatever Ivy has to say next either get to her or worst case, cause some doubt about her relationship with Shen moving past the wedding.
