You know, you gotta love how Leo attempts to be chivalrous and tries to keep Mira out of mortal danger by charging into the group of armed chaos beasts that are left, being all like, “Stand back! I got this one!”, and yet somehow fails to either notice or realize that leaving your currently weakened party member to face the GIANT HULKING BEHEMOTH coming straight your way ALONE would be probably worse than just allowing her to give you some assistance on taking out the remaining guys with weapons, if your intention is to ensure she gets out of this mess alive and conscious. Way to be her knight in shining armor, knucklehead. 🤦 Still, Mira may be down but she’s not out. No way is she going to let this monster run her over without a fight. Let’s just hope this duel doesn’t end with her either having to expend more of her life force to finish it off or squished underneath a giant’s heel and left to cough up her own blood for the second time in a row. Even a cat’s nine lives can only go on for so long and it’s getting about that time for Mira to realize that and heed the same promise she made with Lily earlier, if she has any intention of getting through this fight unscathed.
