Tails, fluffy fur, hmm... This is getting curious. Their faces better be real weird or I'll start to believe this is all about their fashion sensibilities. Which, look, shorts, t-shirts, and tank tops (?), not the most imaginative choice, sure. But completely appropriate for a boat trip in warm weather.

Interesting to see the Lukuras come up to the beach in an assault landing craft primarily meant for transporting soldiers to the battlefield from the sea. I wonder how far back or recent that model would be in our world. The evidence seems to already show that the Lukuras might be savvy with human tech in some regards, but we may see the full extent of that when we actually set sail for the Lukura City. For now though, looks like Lily’s about to find out why everyone was so adamant about not being intimidated by the Lukuras’ appearance the hard way. Hopefully, she won’t freak out too much once their “faces” fully come into view here.
