Yeah, they are not used to fighting with each other. Some practice with this is... inevitable, probably, since I'm pretty sure they will be called on. Something useful would be to give all the current noncombatants some fighting skills if only for self defense. This feels like nobody gets seriously injured but it's gonna be a Problem
