So what does it do, and would this allow me to put siblings in the same class? I'm new lol

This mod allows you to choose who will attends school with your active sims. If your siblings are both active, they will be in the same class just with EA behaviour (active sims always go into class 1). Though I want to add a feature to specify a class for each selected sim in the future

Okie, I kinda have an idea since I haven't seen anybody make it. A nickname or middle name mod. Where you can give sims of all ages nicknames, and it's like names were you can spell it out lol. Hen middle names, if possible in the game where you add their name and last name to add a bar(tab) for middle names. And it'd say (middle name). Or idk have a set middle name for each sim, that you make with the first generation and it gets passed down, and you have an option to keep it for everyone or make a custom middle name. Like my male character may be Christopher while my female may be christie. If possible. But I think this would be cool, then sims can say if they want people to call them that or not,.and get buffs or irritated when people call them that. Or make jokes about their nickname but they're either happy or sad. Lol my nickname is keekee, so people always said that song "kiki do you love me" I always just laughed it off lol.

when picking classmates, i cant assign the teens ive picked for classmates as the different roles, they dont show up

Yes, that's how it works. You should remove classmate role and assign a special one
