Initially arriving in New Temple to have Anastasia Fujisaki pay off her debts, this mysterious, rich benefactor quickly makes a name for herself when she realizes something is going on... and unleashes a mysterious power in the process!

Liara Solomon is a woman of many talents. A former archeologist with a career she seems to be uneasy about, she's since become an accomplished writer and director with her prized work being the Blazer Squadron series Rosa adores so much, runs a bar in the desert known as Crater's Edge, and has accumulated so much of an income that she's become a sort of business benefactor for anybody who seems to have the chance to change the world- from successful businesses like Infinity Inc. and Monocorp to much less successful ones, such as Mercuria Enterprise, owned by Anastasia Fujisaki. When she arrives to collect on Anastasia's debts and is subsequently met and held back by Mona Bius, however, she grows to suspect that the sleepy town of New Temple has a variety of hidden secrets... secrets that this archeologist refuses to let sleep, for the good of the world.

Much like the lion she resembles, Liara is brave, fearsome, confident, and has the skill to back it up. She's not necessarily cruel or mean, but she knows exactly how to be imposing- and when she has a desire she wants to set her mind to, nothing will stop her from accomplishing it. She has a caring, almost motherly side to her as well, wanting the best for the little people rather than stepping on them in her path to success. Liara, aside from her impressive strength, wields a mysterious ring whose origin she refuses to disclose. This ring, which seems to trigger an instinctual fear in those harnessing the power of the Neural Nexus, grants her the power of Auruchemy... the ability to copy the traits or form of something and "improve" upon it. While she cannot create anything new or original with this power, the ability to enhance and control anything she desires is powerful- especially when she can harness this ability to "improve" humans into obedient, powerful Alloys.
