Quick congrats to the OG ship that has made Caleb x May in the first place~

told ya she'd grow up and then they'd fall for each other 😂 it's a popular romance plot with immortal being in asia after all so it's predictable.

Although I know it's gonna be bitter-sweet just like other immortal x mortal couples, this is my trope and once again I am ready to die for it.

BKArtz

-hands kawacy tissues for the tears to come- Haven’t seen the new stuff yet so i wasn’t SURE if they’d be a thing but xD can’t beat the trope.

Rosette

Congrats SessRin! I'm hoping to start a zine for them soon!

kawacy

how did you know i've been crying nonstop and i'm not even joking 🤧💕 I never doubted it, not even for a second! the moment they met in the forest, I frecking KNEW they'll end up together! 🤣🤣 but omg hope you get to watch the episodes soon! I've been following it every week~

kawacy

gimme tissues 🤧 please

Kat

These ships like ImmortalxMortal, VampirexHuman, and MonsterxHuman are so appealing and heartbreaking because I think it makes these worldly mystical beings falling hopelessly in love with humans and highlights the fragility of human life. No wonder why it's so popular and yet makes you want to cry. It just makes my heart full but tears it apart as well. 10000/10 will suffer for these ships.👌

Kiri Hime

You have no idea how happy I get whenever you draw them. I'm glad to see we both adore this ship so much. And as always, you made them look so amazing. Thank you for yet another gem. ❤️❤️

Melody

I love how he finally realizes why his dad loved a human lol 😊

BKArtz

Tis your weakness that I’ve discovered~~! 😆 but omg it’ll be good to see the influence Rin’s had on Sessh’s character as an adult respectively (i would love to see that ngl) cuz man I was never sure of any of the inu-ships (there’s so many and i just sit here watching it going ‘I just love em all!’ 😂✨❤️ ) but I’m also shipping-trash so shhhh. 👀☺️ but my fav boi is probs sessh—I’m weak to his character type and i just wanna see more of his fabulous hair and piercing cold eyes. 🤣

Tshering yangzom

Omg it looks so damn beautiful 🥰. And yes mortal x immortal is life, like it is so predictable how the plot will lead the characters to fall in love but its still so damn interesting to watch how their relationship flourishes😆💘. Thank u for making my heart feel so warm bh posting such a cute post it really makes my day and keep me motivated to draw more and improve😭🤧🥺💘. Hope u have a great day, take care😊

Kura

THANK YOU SO MUCH, CHIHAYA. All of us will die on this ship with you 😭💕💕💕💕💕✨ I’m so glad there was a sequel with their daughters, ahhhhhhh.

kawacy

It's my pleasure! And always been. 🤧💕 They deserve the credits and all the love. There's a reason why this ship is popular after all and I'm glad you're a man of culture as well for loving them as much as I do. BLESS YOU.

kawacy

EXACTLY. He hated humans with a passion. Until she came to his life and then he learned compassion and learned to tolerate humans from being with her. And the next thing you know, he broke his own rules by falling for a human. If that's not the best character development ever, I don't know what is...dude I don't know what is... 🥺

タミい/Tammy

Omg they looks so cute!! 🥺💕 they looks a cute couple! Congrats for them and congrats for you too it’s official now 😂💕💕 ! This kind of ship is so beautiful and sad in the same time it makes me want to cry 🥺🥺 but Aaaaah I really love it so much your art is so amazing! And I do my best to learn from you but still I have a long way! 🥺💕 I saw your reply about my sims game! Yeah everything is good! And omg yes if he didn’t treat me well I will tell him to watch out!! Chihaya Senpai is here for me! Kyaaaa is this a new drama 🤭😂!! I would love to shear with you my new family screenshots so you can see the twins 🥺🙏🏻💕💕! So how was your day? Just to remind you don’t forget to drink your water Senpai 🙏🏻💕 always stay healthy and happy !

kawacy

Congrats I haven't been able to stop feeling, screaming, wailing, and crying about it I mean I never doubted them for a second but still...20 years of journey was just too much for me. Also, omg I'm excited for your zine! 🤧👍 wish it all the best!!

Kiri Hime

I seriously couldn't agree more, you're spitting facts as always! Bless you too, and thank you for always replying. It makes me very happy.💕✨

Rosette

I hope maybe you'll participate. If not, no hard feelings! It's still in planning phases! I'm just flabbergasted my otp is canon finally!

kawacy

Exactly!! And that is why these ships are in the "Forbidden Love" list. It's actually for a reason. The immortality part is a curse and you can tell by how much human standards and morals just can't be applied to them or they will look so wrong on so many levels. And exactly because it highlights the fragility of human life, most of them are gonna be bitter-sweet. Dammit you actually just said everything I wanted to say! But really, I am so happy that you actually know a lot about this type of shipping and why they're so popular in the first place 🤧💖 BLESS.

kawacy

Total weakness 🤣 and for 20 years it's been. But these two started it all for me. It's said that Rin is going to play an important role in the sequel. I just hope that they're gonna be together at the end, reunited with her family at least because things look pretty bad right now and I'm so sad she didn't get to spend time with her kids and watch them grow up. I love ALL of the inu-ships as well including the dynamic of Inuyasha's father Inutaisho with Inuyasha's mother Izayoi (actually i've saved a lot of fanarts for them lol just as much as sessrin arts.) Shipping trash here 🙋 I feel you! Surprisingly enough though, I was never a big fan of Sesshoumaru but when Rin came to his life, I changed my mind. 😂😂 He's Rumiko-sensei's fav as well that's why his character design is perfect on so many levels...🥺

Kat

"Forbidden Love" tropes are one of my favs, but I'm also a heavy supporter for the KnightxPrincess one too. I'm so cliché. 😂 But I wouldn't say I'm knowledgable in this topic at all lol...just a die-hard fan. I do give credit to years of indulging in shoujo romance, otomes, and being a hopeless romantic myself.

BKArtz

My fav were def lady Izayoi and Papa Inutaisho~! ❤️👌🏽👌🏽 wish we’d seen more of them ahhh. And that’s funny! like tbh? I didn’t like Inuyasha lmfao. (At first -dodges bricks- ) but i did like seeing him struggle with his feelings and learn how to accept himself as is instead of being something different. My fav pair is probably sango and miroku tho. They made me cry with the damn show ahhh 😭😭 but overall i like all the dynamics of the characters. My key thing before ships is character development~! —dammit now i wanna draw inu-things. Kawacy your a horrible influence (jk not horrible but wonderful 😊) SO MUCH TO DRAW NOW. I hope they release it for USA apps soon, maybe crunchy roll.. or VRV.

kawacy

Exactly 🤧💖 I completely clocked and predicted everything but at the end still I can not stop the overwhelming feelings and still I cry so much about it. There are so many challenges with immortal x mortal couples, the journey is real, I think that's why I am feeling a lot of emotions. Aww of course! It's always my pleasure to share these fluffs 🥺💕 but it makes me happy if they make you happy! And thank you for expressing it for me!

kawacy

Pleasure is all mine 🥺💕 girl you know it. Thank you so much Kura!! I am so happy that we share the same feelings regarding these ships! Me too! But actually the moment they announced the sequel, I was like "it's done. these two are official." and I'm not even joking. 🤣🤣 That's how much I know their dynamic I guess. Although right now things look pretty bad and I'm so sad that she didn't get to spend time with her kids and watch them grow up, I still have faith that they're gonna be reunited anyway in the end and live a happy life together! (better be or I'll knock on the door of Rumiko-sensei's house LMAO jk)

Tshering yangzom

I agree mortal x immortal characters have so many problems they face and whenever they get through their obstacles in love it feels so amazing🤧🥺. Thank u so much for your kind words u are just way too sweet🥰💘. Dont worry as long as i am online i will always express my support and love for u and ur beautiful work 😚☺

2026-10-01 18:00 Indeed they are 🥺💕 never doubted them for a second. It's just that the timing is hilarious with me drawing all these Caleb x May arts, seriously I didn't even plan it. 🤣🤣 But hey, guess now they can do a double date if they want LOL.. Thank you Tamii for your kind words! As always 🤧 Ahaha better tell him that! cause sometimes even in my game he does act up, he likes to drink so much and I hate that A LOT lmao... I ended up taking all the bars away after he had learned the Mixologist stuff. I would love to see the screenshots yes! Send me a dm on Twitter (I might be late in reply but eventually I will ><) Today was good though I didn't get to interact with my family much because my sleep schedule is messed up lol I sleep at noon and wide awake at night just like a vampire. You too, stay happy and stay well! 😭🙏 Thank you for taking your time to comment on this.

OMGGG STOP! Kawa you're quickly becoming one of my favorite artists ever! Sessrin is my life and I'm so glad this is FINALLY happening. We all knew it was going to during the OG show, but it's so nice to see this coming to fruition. Can't wait for more episodes!

kawacy

YES I SEE YOU'RE A MAN OF CULTURE AS WELL AAAHHH!!! Inutaisho x Izayoi FTW!! It's crazy how his son's relationship ended up being very similar to his 🤣🤣 guess like father like son huh.. That's like the complete opposite for me! I had a big crush on Inuyasha when I was younger and the episode with Onigumo just made my crush even bigger (the episode where he first showed his human form) but that's interesting to hear! Thank you for sharing your experience with these characters 😭 omg it's like I'm back at school with all this nostalgia talk about Inuyasha... dude I'm crying again not cool. These og inuyasha fans, bet they now have their own family and kids dammit i feel so old. And you're not cool for making me cry! I SWORE myself not to cry because I am a crybaby when it's involving nostalgia especially Inuyasha is like literally my whole life since it's one of the first mangas I've ever read and the first anime I ever watched. But... DO IT!!! DRAW THEM ALL!!!! RELEASE THE BEAST 🤣🤣🤣

BKArtz

WE ARE PEOPLE OF CULTURE YAS. 😂👌🏽 oh man my first anime/manga’s were inuyasha, DBZ and like.. sailor moon and cardcaptor Sakura cuz over in the states anime was censored so much and I didn’t get to see these things till after midnight on adult swim but my mom would sit and watch it with me so its a fav. I think i liked the manga cuz it told more things then the anime? (Like anime’s always miss a few things cuz only so much you can fit frame by frame). Also KAWACY SHUSH! 😂 don’t SAY UR OLD OR ILL FEEL OLD TOO! (This is bee’s tedtalk and we’re all oldies now i guess lmfao) -hands more tissues- 😆❤️ FINE FINE I SHalL DRAW THE THINGS ~! THE BEAST SHALL BE RELEASED~! 👻🎃 ha ha ha!

kawacy

No regret then 🤭 I see you're a man of culture as well. Me and my sis never doubted them for a second. The moment the sequel was announced, I was like "it's done. these two are official." I even remember the conversation I had with my sis that day, Me: "did you know Inuyasha is getting a sequel?" Sis: "really?" Me: "yeah and did you know Sesshoumaru had daughters?" Sis: "really?" Me: "yeah people are now wondering who's the mother." Sis: "obviously it's Rin. is it not?" Me: "....." Sis: "what's the color of his daughters' hair?" Me: "one was dark-brown and the other was silver." Sis: "it's Rin." Me: "I thought so too but people are still debating whether it's Rin or not." Sis: "wtf that's a debate? it's so obvious." and the funny part is that my sister ain't even an Inuyasha fan / Sesshoumaru x Rin shipper nor did she know I ship these two lol. I won't lie though things look pretty bad right now for these two and I'm so sad that she didn't get to spend time with her kids and watch them grow up, but I still have faith that they're gonna be reunited anyway in the end and live a happy life together🙏 please

DCK Media

I’m waiting, for his wife to be reveal later through the series.

kawacy

Omg mine was detective conan, inuyasha, and one piece. though I knew about DBZ from my cousin (she's a big fan of DBZ and stacked all the comic books on her toilet head lol) I never read them. But sometimes I did watch it on TV when it's on air, that catchy opening song damnnn👌 I know it's Sunday if I hear that on TV🤣🤣 Omggg you're right sailormoon and sakura how did I forget those??! Sailormoon tho was certainly OG...staph with all these nostalgia aaaahhhh!!! I swear you like everything that I like LOL I'm a "manga" person meaning most of the time I enjoy manga more than the anime because most of the time the reality is that they have greater details and they show the emotions between characters A LOT better. Even the Sessrin moment when they're in the underworld and Sessh was like "nothing could ever be worth the cost of Rin's life!" that scene in the manga was BOMB. You can feel Sessh' sadness and anger really well, and regret. Welp might as well dance to the oldies anime openings right now, both of us 😂 we're old af. Now that's my bee, releasing the beast without hesitation. 💀

kawacy

and turns out his wife is Jaken. I'm gonna burn down the whole studio.

rinibeeny

One can only hope! I'll be right there hoping with you!

Mica

If this is the kind of relationship we're fighting for .... Then fcking sign me in. I looooove them so much Jesus they look WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS IN YOUR STYLE. 💘 Thanks for blessing my eyes, God Chihaya. 🤧🤧 You really never dissappoint like wth can I marry your art!?!? 🤧🥺

kawacy

well come here, you're fcking welcomed 🤣 jokes aside, I'm glad you like my take on these two Mica and truly your replies always make my day! from the jokes and kind words 😭💕 so thank YOU. I pronounce you artwork and wife.
