This one was sweet... then it was sexy. Just how any marriage should be, right?

The Boyfriend Collective approached me about this story a couple months ago and it unfortunately went to the back burner due to other audios... but this was the month. Revisiting the story, I found it written with such care and compassion--naturalism and intimacy. Really beautiful work and a pleasure to record.

Not having the real-life experience of having a child, I had to do some acting work to get myself to understand how to be a good partner in such a scenario. The writing 100% helped with that. I guess I could relate most to the comforting, listening side of this version of Adrian. The side that wants what's best for the people he loves. I just love how emotionally complex this story was--I do love giving listeners whiplash between the soft parts and the sex.

As for sound effects, I was going to pull some from my stock library... but... if I ever have an excuse to use one of my toys, I'm gonna do it. So yes, all the sound effects (except for the shower) are real in this one. I have been wanting to do a shower audio for a while now, and have had ideas on how, but this one kinda fell into my lap and helped me realize it may not be that difficult to do.
