The ocean is my happy place. Where i go to unwind and reset. Having lived most of my life with the only phone anyone had was attached to the wall in your home. It is so easy for me to shut the phone off and walk away. But I know it's not like that for everyone. The best way I have found away from that phone is go out in nature. I'm always hiking, or exploring. Nature makes everything better I think. Thank you for your thoughts and poems. Maybe one day you may share a couple of your photos. 😃
