Amazing. Beautiful. Fantastic. Stupendous. Well done as always sav.

Really really enjoyed reading this on my break at work. So marvelously done.

“Interactions unfolded as though they were fated; we each were interpreted in line with our intentions, forever spared the black pangs in the gut which punish social missteps, neither of us ever thinking of making impressions or impressing, not defensive or offensive but some sacred unionous third thing.” I can’t find the right words to describe how this segment makes me feel aside from knowing the wanderlust of so many for a romance defined as how you just expressed it

I think it's always so interesting to ask the question of how one might respond to a copy of oneself, how one might react when encountering oneself, literally outside looking outside looking in. I feel like I read intra-personal interpersonal ego death.

"We realized that neither of us could explain what it was we were working on. We could come up only with vague approximations of content, even of form – it’s . . . writing, we decided, and maybe collecting and organizing some kind of qualitative data, but we couldn’t continue any further past this hole in our memory" What I'm going to say if my dad asks what I'm working on one more goddamned time

i would read a little of this and then think (about a cool line from it and then myself and whatever that means), and then take customer calls and then read a little more of this and repeat ... i really like it, im still thinking about it 🙏

😉 I recently gave mine an update to a small project that was only relevant to last year. What he does not know will not hurt our relationship.

Best $3 ive spent in a long time. Years went by in 15 minutes, and i was transported to a place i didn't know i had forgotten. I must meditate on this

Now I can't say I never imagined Sav as a super advanced AI experiencing love and it's downfalls. Worth it.

the first paragraph alone captures the mixed emotions of a flawed relationship and it's subsequent breakup succinctly but completely, put feelings I've had for a while to words really well, amazing

Danielle Brown

if a relationship does "nothing more" (reductionist, i know) than take "all we are" and play it back to us so that we hear it for the very first time, then, yes, this might quite well be the bounty-hunting mercenary of our individuation in some cursed forest of breadcrumbs, or just Maybelline. ;)

"The longest relationship you have is the one with yourself. Nurture it". There is so much to feel from these words, so much to learn. I can't help but to read this as an inconspicuous trip report. One which details meeting your own conscious mind as a separate entity from yourself, reacquainting yourself with your conscious mind, and finding that sweet contentment that comes with a disposition of neutrality. Every time I come across a piece of writing that describes someone who could be coming closer to themselves, I am overjoyed. This world can be harrowing, and I see these events as rare and coveted. To face our raw consciousness with such desire as to do the "work" is truly "real work". So many go their entire lives avoiding this work. Self-love truly is imperative, and to find the way out that our own company provides indeed takes suffering. But man, is it blissful when we arrive. The work is so fucking worth it even though it's so hard. This reminded me of my formative LSD experience, where I confronted my rational mind for the first time and saw it as being separate from me (my body of course), yet I would not exist without it. It was like I met an omniscient buddy that lives inside who I can embody and seek to understand, but can never fully understand for my own protection. That was the day I befriended my conscious mind and felt a sense of love and appreciation that I had never felt previously. It was as if I had awoken to my own life. Those moments are life's nectar. Thanks for that, it's always nice to return to those crucial moments. You are a treasure, Sav. You continue to enrich life in myriad ways. This is precious. "But truth, we decided, wasn't the static culmination at the end of a tunnel, but a living phenomenon changed by observation." Out here trying to answer the biggest of questions. I hope your new year has been full of light and love. Keep doing the real work and asking the big questions (even if this interpretation was WHOLLY wrong) <333

Your writing continues to make me jealous of your talents. Read this while half-asleep which may be the ideal state to read such a dreamlike piece.

Just wonderful Savannah : ) Took me longer to get to reading this than I would have liked but here we are. Glad to be here for 2024.

I started reading this with a tightness in my chest, by the end my body feels entirely relaxed. The knot has unraveled, and I feel prompted to go on a hearty walk. Thanks for that

I'm three months late. This was different, yet more disturbing than I imagined. But also in a way where I'm going to read it a few more times. I don't have the words for it, but my brain is intrigued.
