i especially love this arc of go young's life because it blends the romantic and familial elements well. also when youngsoo says he'd remember such a cute face, the novel gives a bit more to it: "He acted all cool and nonchalant, but his trembling eyes and the hesitation in his lips showed how nervous he was". i think this helps give depth to the growing mystery that is their complex relationship, esp going into ep 4!
