ALRIGHT HERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF ATEEZ SHIPPING GUIDE So we have a TOP 3 ships: If you wanna have a good and chill time, get into YunGi (Yunho Mingi) actually! They're just sweet to each other all the time. I don't really go there so idk much about this ship but ik the shippers are having a great time there. Recently Mingi knelt in front of Yunho like a proposal during their stage for their Europe tour and the tl lost their damn minds Woosan are all over each other but they're actually quite private. They can go on dates and we wouldn't find out until like a year later or smth. So you're either overwhelmed or starved. I'd say they're very skinship based so their wildest moments are smth like nearly kissing each other on the mouth (There's a legendary video for this :)) Matz on the other hand are weird around each other (?). matz is the only ship I've ever been delulu about in my 10+ years in kpop exactly bc they are awkward to that degree. The way Hongjoong has zero problems looking in the eyes or touching any other members but becomes a shaking mess next to Seonghwa is... something. Like woosan are soulmates for sure and San definitely has a crush on Yeosang, all that is clear, it's also true that they are super comfortable with skinship and affectionate with everyone. Also like any other popular ship they are very aware of it and play it up all the time. When you can't make eye contact with just one singular person even when it's kinda part of your job to be fanservicy together it speaks SO much louder to me. to add to this: they are not even my favorite ship. That's like 5 Yeosang based ships before that. xD

one of the best descriptors that i have ever heard for matz is that every interaction they have it's as if hongjoong is playing Episode with no diamonds and as soon as i heard that suddenly everything about them made sense. also it's really funny to watch them sometimes because you can see hongjoong trying to decide whether or not he's going to touch seonghwa and you can see him buffering in real time before he eventually does nothing and just stands there awkwardly
