i think starting in order is probably the best idea for skz family because there IS lore they rely on in all 3 of them that start in 1 but i really personally don’t think it would have been as deep as the comments in the boys planning post you made was making it out to be 😭😭 i was personally fine with skits but i feel like doing a skz code after exchange is a better idea to get to know what they’re actually like (even though i feel like i disagree that that the skits doesn’t show you what they’re actually like - i know they’re acting but they break like 80% of the time lmaoo but it is true that they’re 100% themselves outside of skits) and leaving skz family for all at once at some point is a good idea

you definitely do NOT need to watch the first oart of skz family in order to watch the two new episodes. only thing you need to know is that felix and i.n's characters change and it will be explained in the beginning of the episode anyways . other stuff you would maybe need to know is pretty easy to catch on to in my opinion

right i was confused by people acting like it was a really big deal and while yea maybe watching it in order is the best idea i really don’t think it’s hard to catch onto what’s happening (especially when at the beginning of this video adam said someone in their discord also sent them a quick summary of the roles if they really needed it) but i feel like a lot of people disagree if we go based off the comments of their planning post lmao. and you can still get to know them and their real personalities because in the second video of skz family returns when they’re playing the game it basically turns into a skz code episode

Guys, I love your reactions so much, you can't even comprehend! Thank you a lot for your work, your wit and relatability. Regarding skz videos, I think it's ok to mix up general shows with skits. Skz family is not the most requested for nothing :) I think people are too serious here. You would still have fun even without the lore. And maybe later you could catch up on it, those videos won't go away anywhere :) Upd: Also even in skits these boys are still their true selves

While it would be awesome to see yall react to part 2-3 together, it’s really not that deep if you decide to react to part 3, it’s still funny and they reintroduce themselves and their characters anyway! As long as you’re paying attention, which you guys always do, it’s really nothing crazy. So i personally wouldn’t mind if it’s part of botm!

my personal preference regarding SKZ Family is that you can skip part 1, watch part 2 (3rd anniversary), and then watch part 3 (chuseok special). theoretically you can skip part 2, but i think you would have the most enjoyment if you watched it first :) and i can understand why people were opposed to another skit, but i think it was more that they were both the first two AND back-to-back. watch SKZ Family whenever you want! i'm excited to see the reaction when it happens :)

I dont mind the skits, id actually like you watching it. I‘m a sucker for keeping to chronological order, but i feel with the skz family stuff its not that important. Although i do really like the stay 3rd anniversary one a lot, especially since that one came out close to the after kingdom period as far as i remember and it was still such a nice feeling having hyunjin back. So i’m kind of sentimental about that one haha And i live for grandma IN, thats my favorite character he‘s done so far. But watch it the way you want to!

i LOVE skz family returns… i honestly don’t think you NEED to watch the previous episodes- if you do end up watch skz family returns then you’re gonna have to pause at the beginning sections and read the introduction for each character or else you’re not gonna understand…

starting from the first skz family is better for continuity tbh, starting from the last one isn't exactly a big deal but you end up missing out on a lot of context and funny scenes, especially minsung related content, but if you don't have the time to do it all then i dont think it's that major

i'll be so honest, i think the reason why some people were so concerned about you guys jumping straight into part 3 of skz family isn't actually because of lore, it's just because part 2 is the funnier/more iconic one. the lore isn't actually that deep, so i think you'll be fine regardless of what you decide to do!

Ok take this with the perspective that I know I'm not a lore girly so I don't care about every single detail of all the lore ever- but I really enjoyed Skz Family without knowing any of the lore. I actually started with the second and then the third came out later and I enjoyed both a lot. I did see the first more recently but I don't think it's necessary. The third is the best but they also switch up roles in that anyhow. And in the third they re-introduce themselves anyhow so it really isn't that confusing. I say if you are ok not knowing all the lore you can just jump in wherever! I do highly recommend reacting to skz family because it's amazing and hilarious and one of their best skits that's ongoing. They reference the family in other variety content too, so it's fun to know about.

my take on the whole skz family/skit question: it's kinda complicated to say because there are sooo many references to their skit content (and especially skz family) in their other content that I do think it makes sense to watch the skz family fairly early on (simply to understand what they are saying sometimes), but I also understand why so many comments under the original schedule advised against watching skits and instead campaigned for content that focused on their "real" personalities... my reason for not submitting skz family (I submitted the jeju exchange, dwaekki gym and their showterview episode, so I have already been well fed) was mainly because their are multiple parts and people always argue whether reactors should watch the first part (still with wj) or not I do think that skz family is important stay lore (and super funny, especially if you are into skits generally speaking) and it makes sense to watch it somewhat early to understand the references in other content, but I also personally think it was a good idea to not do two skit based variety contents back to back!

i will watch you watch any skz content tbh in regards to skits vs variety. i do want you to watch skz family at some point but if it’s more personality variety rn then 10/10 too. i do hope down the line you can watch the two kids rooms as i think they are so good, very insightful to the kids and endearing. however thats probs not a now thing. 👍🏻👍🏻

You really only have to watch Skz 3rd Anniversary and skz family returns for the skits. They are both post kingdom. Other than that the rest of the month should probably go to skz code. The skz family are core videos for the stays. It's also hilarious.

For SKZ family I would say you are fine skipping the first one (that is one that has all 9 of them) and someone can just tell you the family tree. But I would definitely do Stray Kids STAY 3rd Anniversary episode and then SKZ Family Returns. To me those are much better than the first episode. That is a total of 3 episodes.

Though I did suggest skz family cus it's so iconic in stayville, I'm now of the mind to do more variety and less skits for this month. They have so many good skz code eps and finding skz, kingdom week, etc. I love eps 1-2, the pool eps, and their mafia game a lot, but I'll enjoy your reactions no matter what people ended up suggesting for y'all. Did anyone besides me submit Kingdom week buddy catcher eps? I love those. Anywho - thanks for the reaction guys!

honestly I agree and think that you guys should save the skz family for a ketchup! i personally didnt submit skz family because while they are iconic skits, it has multipleee parts. also, i feel like the first skz family vids are the more funny/iconic ones, and it would be cool to watch them all in order if/when you could get to it. but overall, for botm i think their regular variety (like skz code eps) is the best way to go! regardless though im having a blast watching you guys enjoy some skz!

I think it's not that important in what order you watch SKZ Family since in 'SKZ Family Returns' they add new characters and reintroduce the original ones. However, if you wanna see I.N. devour in his role and understand some of the lines that they quote in other content, then you'd definitely have to watch the family reunion first. But as long as you enjoy the content it doesn't really matter since they also have a lot of Idol Human Theatre episodes as well as a bunch of fun SKZ code episodes like 'Suspicious Lab', 'Bedtime Bingo Hell', 'Go! Poolside SKZ', and 'Snowkids World'. I still rewatch the older ones like 'Stray Food Fighter' while waiting for the new content as a form of comfort. Seeing you guys have fun watching a group I love is enjoyable enough for me!!!

lol this reminded me of the recent '1 Kids Room' with Felix when he said he focuses a lot on stretching and is constantly aiming to do the splits. Oh and he is the deadlift master of the group, due to his back injury (herniated disc during Oddinary era) his physio includes strengthening his back and stretching out his hammies with loads of deadlifts.
