the zoom call was crazy but the random dance scene stressed me out even more (in the best way) the shark horror music was truly something... can't wait for the recap, there's so many interesting fascets to comment on with this ep, and baabin and bua are sooo cute, as other comments have stated I as well am scared of how season two will endanger their bliss

I suspect the "music that kills you every time," Adam, was inspired by the Sarabande in Bach's D Major keyboard partita. The cadences are almost identical. The composer also wrote that haunting theme in ITSAY. The scores of the two shows form a major reason for their success. All great directors know that the music is essential.

I can hardly be the only one when watching Bua try to change the way he looks who isn't viscerally and painfully reminded of the scene in ITSAY when Oh-aew puts on a bra and falsies to try to make himself more attractive to Teh.

I fully had no interest in this show but love watching you guys, so I watched with you. After episode 2, I was so hooked, I binged the rest solo and have been DYING for you to react to that Baabin comment that sent Bua spiraling. I watched that entire scene 3x times — a rollercoaster of emotions. 10/10 so glad I didn’t miss out on this seminal moment in BL history.

Your mutual gag at the beginning when Fou4moud said to Chian, “Go do them for other people,” sent me 😂😂😂 Your shock and embarrassment at 30:56 and throughout the whole masturbation scene was absolutely hilarious to watch! These kids are really naughty — and not just with their hands 🫣 “Can I try it with you?” at 35:52 made me scream! But Bua’s got some balls, can’t deny it! After that horrible Zoom rejection, I would never!!! Your even bigger gags at 36:36 and 37:19 were too funny — and that “OMG” freakout at 37:41 😂😂😂😂 So relatable! That entire scene in Bua’s room was CRAZYYYYYY from start to finish! I couldn’t even breathe! “Bua, shoot his” from Adam at 40:27 cracked me up 😂 Baabin is my favorite character from this series, but in this particular scene, I resented him. His words were so unnecessarily cruel. Bua didn’t deserve that 😔 When he cried in front of the mirror, I honestly started to hate Baabin 😭

The whole flashmob scene was a nerve-wracking roller coaster! And while I was so glad Bua and Baabin ended up dating, I really feel like Fou4moud and Chian shouldn’t. At first, when Fou4moud rejected Chian, it felt like the right decision — one couple was meant to be, the other wasn’t. But when he changed his mind, I didn’t appreciate it. Still — Bua and Baabin together are so freaking adorable! I would kill for this couple at this point 🙈

agreed! it wasn't surprising since most bls end with all couples together, but I really would have appreciated it if chian and fourmod didn't because I thought that the concept of having to break off a situationship because you've been dragged along for so long you can't even trust yourself anymore is very realistic and rarely portrayed. Fourmod breaking up with chian was healthy and a sign of how he has matured, and it would have been much more empowering if he had stuck with that decision. I wouldn't have minded it at all if then in the second season they find their way back to each other again with some growth and distance, but for this season I think a break up would have been a much better more interesting ending.

I'm so glad this show made it off my DNF list and onto my 4/5 star rating. It brought me back to my first relationship, especially that scene with Bua/Baabin working out how sex works. My now husband and I were each others firsts and had no idea what the fuck we were doing at 17, so this was so intensely realistic that it made my heart hurt. Bringing me back to a time when everything you did was so new and scary but exciting. I started watching this when it came out and just couldn't get into it. Then I thought maybe watching it with people will make it more interesting. Little did I know that watching it along with you guys made it so much better! I watched the whole show on the edge of my seat, eagerly waiting each week, not jumping ahead and binging it myself like I normally would. I'm gonna do the same for Your Sky too. ily guys <3 <3

a friend of mine really loved gelboys but I had never watched because of the lack of company, someone to watch along, so now that I found you guys I thought this was the perfect opportunity and can say that it was worth it. every single second of this series is amazing, nostalgic, beautiful and completely messy, just like real life can be sometimes. so, thank you guys for reacting this story and sharing it with us 🩷💙❤️🧡💚💜💛 (all colorful, just like gelboys deserves it) (now I'm gonna find another content of yours to binge lmao)
