we recorded our reaction to Only Friends Ep 1 Wednesday night with the intent to release it next Thursday here on Patreon and the following day our recap would come out on YouTube

the file was corrupted, to the point that we couldn't do anything with it. we paid for it to be fixed from a third party website, but it slowed the frame rate of the video a discernible amount, which meant that it would be practically impossible to match the video to the audio to the episode itself.

so here's the deal. we are beholden to you, dear berets. our fate rests in your hands. below is a poll with five options of what you would be okay with getting instead of the original girlie.

😱Do you know what caused the corruption? Was it a storage thing or a recording issue? Idk if it helps but, in my experience, no matter how good a camera is long form recordings are always a recipe for disaster. The file ends up always being huge which makes it a pain to move around and edit without any issues. In the future it might be a good idea to keep recordings to 20 min intervals, at most. And then save them to a dedicated ssd. That might help with the issue in the future. Why technology gotta be homophobic like this!? 😭 We just want to enjoy watching men be sluts in peace!

Yeah we recorded with our quicktime and with the long video + screen recording, I think the computer was doing too much, so we're gonna record everything externally next time!
