i was personally realllly unsure about seunghun jeup and seohwan doing Pray. only because that song is super difficult to sing. Stray Kids did an amazing cover if it on Kingdom. i was afraid it, in my head, would be a competition between the two covers. but this blew my mind it was so incredible. it was different for stray kids because they do have established rappers (the irony being Han doing the singing),but that just shows how good seunghun is. okay all rounder.

To My Youth and Pray in one episode, I haven't been watching this, but these performances were stages I couldn't miss. To My Youth...do NOT look up the lyrics, the song makes me cry just from feeling, but then the lyrics...its too much really. This version of Pray is on par with SKZ version I have to say, there is something to be said for the theatricality you can put in a stage like this, and the range, really impressive for just a random stage on a show.

The Pray performance these 3 did was based from an original live performance of BTOB in MBC Gayo 2016. BTOB did a 4-part harmony intro and also increased the octave in that bridge section. As a BTOB fan for 8 years, i must say that this performance really had the most BTOB feels to it. They studied BTOB so well that they encapsulated everything that is need to be shown to give justice to a BTOB song. Eunkwang saying that if they were to perform this song now, they couldn’t have the energy of them 3 is so real because if you see the desperation BTOB had when they were promoting that song, it was so alike to what jeup seunghun and suhwan showed. I think that's why Eunkwang was so emotional. On top of that, this episode was most likely shot when BTOB just ended their contract with Cube and everything was uncertain for their team so I feel like this performance made Eunkwang reminisce those times before. I highly suggest that you react to BTOB's Killing Voice is you want to see what kind of Vocal Harmonies BTOB has to offer and why they are referenced in this episode when talking about the outcome group from build up.
