The garden shimmers with petals of coal-blue flame,

each a thought made visible in the calm of night.

At its heart opens an eye of time,

a jewel of stillness where every second is a tear of light.

Star-rain drifts like remembered comets,

soft constellations humming beneath the soil.

Every shadow carries a secret vibration,

memories that might be mine or only dreamed.

Nothing melts; nothing ends.

All hours gather in a single gaze

that sings without moving,

holding the garden forever inside its pupil of fire.

I stand there, part carbon, part dawn,

while the paradise bird of silence

unfolds its auroral plumes of violet and deep-sea blue—

a slow, ecstatic embroidery of stars.

Dream and waking are one with the abyss of night.
