[ Astarion ] Delicious HD (+ process + PSD) (Patreon)

I was looking forward to paint this but it's been so PAINNNNFULLLL!! I can't really tell what or when it went wrong but at some point nearly the end of the rendering stage I stopped, looked at the progress and went "oh I'm gonna need so many Adjustments to fix this"; I felt like the canvas was too desaturated, dark and uninteresting...

I proceeded slapping on the canvas an unbelievable amount of effects only to later realize the atmosphere turned into something completely different which I didn't like either 😅 took a deep breath and realized I needed to get back on it another day not to further fuck up!

The next step was toning down the effects, but I ended up deleting them all and restarting from the raw rendering (without effects). I forced myself to focus on fixing what I had instead of turing it into something else. I increased luminosity and contrast, shifted background colors a bit and at the very last moment even changed the lingerie color (I still can't tell what version I like better... probably the alt without it lol) so it wouldn't blend with the curtains...

I think I'm gonna need weeks to entirely forget about this and then I'll understand what actually went wrong ghjkl
