With this one I wanted to pay more attention to the contrast, since I noticed I'm not daring enough with it and bodies look rather flat as a consequence... In the post's gallery you can see how much it changes before/after increasing contrast! The contrast increase I adjusted is between light/shadows and was definitely, but what I want to learn better is painting more contrast within the shadows themselves so I can give the single muscles/elements of the body more definition 🙏
