This is the conclusive chapter of PART 2! It started and ended with Zhongli and Neuvillette, which I really enjoy making interact! While Zhongli moved some steps forward with Baizhu, Neuvillette went backwards to reminisce about his past with Wriothesley... I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to show you how both of their stories will evolve!

I know you might ask "Kira, how can there be a happy ending?" or "...will there even be a happy ending??", but I feel like any hint about the ending would disrupt the journey. I'm immensely grateful to those who trusted me and my storytelling this far, I hope to keep earning that trust with PART 3! 💜 Thank you for reading Heart of Stone until this point, it makes me incredibly happy!!

Nothing great is accomplished alone, or, at least, I'm aware of my limits and I have experienced how much team work improves any result. This is the case of Heart of Stone, which would not be as good without Keiki's precious contribution, that go far beyond flatting 90% of the pages. I'm grateful to them for so many reasons I would probably forget some if I wrote a list, but I'll try: thank you for sharing with me useful bits of Genshin lore knowledge for HoS worldbuilding purposes for years, which helped me come up with pivotal elements of the story. Thank you for allowing me to bother for big and small revisions of countless chapter drafts, especially for the WrioNeuvi storyline which has been tough to refine (but we did it!! We wrote all of their story until present days!); sometimes your ideas shaped the story (Varka and Neuvi sharing tea) and you wrote sentences I wasn't able to find the words for (like, in this chapter, Neuvi's final line!). Thank you for brainstorming 18 possible chapter titles with me at 2AM. Thank you for re-reading each and every word I change after overthinking with the same accuracy of the first time. Thank you for redlining all the missing earrings and ties I didn't draw. Thank you for bouncing ideas back and forth, from silly shenanigans to crucial plot revelations!
