To be honest, this is the fastest release I've ever done. Aside from that, here is the mod. I wanted to leave this for tomorrow, but I couldn't without checking if modding would work out of the box, and sure enough, it does. It replaces Yukari's school costume only, but will be updated as I play through the game to ensure everything is in order.

Update: Added breasts physics

Update2: Added a version with outlines

Update3: fixed the neck color but some areas like Tartarus in battle still has light issues

Update4: Added Mitsuru

Update5: Now replaces all their costumes

Update6: Added Fuuka

Phenomenal work! Especially under a crunch time. Only complaint is her head skin color and outline dont mathc the body, but its really amazing given the short amount of time you made it!

Found where to put the files for those who don't know you simply move them to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\P3R\P3R\Content\Paks

Is there a way to remove the face shadow? It's just look so bad because the shadow made the face look so dark. Specially in Tartarus you will see it every time there is a place with shadow. Aigis next please.

That will actually make it look worse. They have a custom shading system and I don’t know how to replicate it yet.

Yeah I have that... also no shading on them? I went to Tartarus and the body was flat shaded- not even close to matching the head.

Persona uses dynamic shading that custom models don’t have, and it's most apparent in Tartarus since it's heavily used there. Replicating the exact effect on custom models is not possible unless I get access to the exact parameters Atlus used.
