Aside from rampant crime and corruption, the overpopulation, pollution and general miserable life in Night City, one has to embrace the bright side too: Technological advancement allows for body modification on a never before seen level. Like giving yourself a huge horsecock for instance! Because, come on, why wouldn't you? ;3

This is a birthday gift I received from my good buddy Lyk, following the designs of my nomad portrait I did before the release of Cyberpunk 2077. He pretty much nailed my updated look and I definitely enjoy the addition of equine girth! ;3
