I'm mentally unable to pursue any REAL custom-client-related ambitions involving OmeTV (as the primary chat platform the client is intended to be used with) until I'm confident that there is no constructive way for the client (whose worst-case scenario was planned with the original omegle.com site in mind), to step down respectfully.

What we did with our original browser extension was a limited-scope, targeted, nonprofit effort. I believe it helped tremendously in ways that the server may not have realized. However, any venture built to extract profit on such a large scale—while starting from a position of the successor to the OG site's entire modding scene—would only harm something unique and fragile, to which I believe I have contributed in extremely POSITIVE ways for almost six years.

I believe the client and the server were trying to achieve similar goals through different means, but they lacked communication throughout the nearly six-year process which caused unnecessary friction... From my point of view, that goal was achieved this summer, and all of the original project’s goals had been accomplished by August 2026. The extent of the client's impact and sacrifice may have gone unnoticed.

I'll try to contact the server (it's no easy thing to do) and see if there's any possibility of talking this thing out. Browser extension itself should work normally (only in brave and with barely usable automation), but it's not the real thing. I'll let you know of any status changes.
