WWE Royal Rumble 2026 is currently slated for Saudi Arabia.

PWInsider reported this evening that next year's Royal Rumble event was planned for Saudi Arabia. Fightful Select has learned that is the working plan. Those that we've spoken to claim that Riyadh is slated to be the host. The venue is to be determined.

We're told that there have been site layouts being worked on for the possibility in recent months.

Fightful Select reported earlier that WWE had new ring mats produced with Riyadh Season logos on them.

Sucks for all the women involved

SlickRob

How terrible for the women's roster.

Busby

By 2030 Saudi gonna for sure get a WM…that’s the reality of the situation

david gardner

Bad move by the Jawas. They already held the greatest royal rumble . So this is a demotion and a insult to the fans who will get just a bland boring 30 people after they witnessed 50

Flameducky

Feels like a setup for mania 2027 there

Jerrod Hazelwood

Haven't watched WWE since the Saudi deal, and this certainly ain't gonna bring me back

Jeffrey Brown

This is stupid. I’d still like to see the Royal Rumble come to Seattle as it was going to be there in 2021 but that was changed due to the pandemic/covid.

Robert Harding

Their audience has shown that they don't care and I'm sure they were offered a boatload of cash. Sucks, but it's proven that they can get away with this so it's going to happen more (including Wrestlemania)

Dukect

I'm not really surprised

Randy Peace

How do you go from "Greatest" Royal Rumble to regular sized rumble? lol. In all seriousness, don't like it. I'm watching so, it is what it is I guess.

Matthew

Guess I'm not watching the Rumble.

Amay Sashital

That’ll be a nice treat for their Saudi fans

James Mac

Super disappointed for the women.

Brandon

Well that sucks

Gina

Is this deal/partnership ever going to be over?

Marc Opps

WWE figures they've weathered the backlash from current Saudi show so might as well go for the big bucks. Feel horrible for the women performers and staff as well the fans in the US that won't get to see it.

Aaron Behling

This company just doesn’t want me to like them at all does it? Not that it really matters because they are making money hand over fist. However, I got no care for this company and their business practices.
