Where is sheamus?

Sheamus has been sidelined with a shoulder injury. Unfortunately he required surgery and has been sidelined since mid- November. I'm not sure on the timetable for his return.

Why would wwe release motor city and new day, just to turn around and say they want to build the tag team division up? Who is making these decisions

Money in the case of New Day. That definitely wasn't a factor for Motor City Machine Guns, because they were on lower end WWE main roster contracts. New Day were making millions each, so that was the reason. They wanted to keep New Day, but not for the amount that they wanted. Bringing in new but familiar teams will be more cost effective than New Day. That's the reality.

How do you feel the merger with paramount & WBD will effect AEW tv deal??

I think AEW will get a TV deal from Paramount. This is the same company that has done business with ECW, WWE and TNA in the past. They have had pro wrestling in the 90s, 2000s, and 2010s under TNN and Spike. There's no reason for me to believe that they won't want AEW programming. People keep talking about UFC/TKO being on Paramount. Paramount does not care about that. UFC works for Paramount, not the other way around. Paramount wants good, effective, original content, and AEW is very inexpensive for that.
