A couple of AEW stars are nowhere near their contracts expiring.

Recently, desperate aggregators started posting Fightful’s contract expiration article without context, claiming that a bunch of deals were up in 2027 without appropriately applying context.

Either way, among the deals that looked to be expiring around 2026 were Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford. However, AEW sources confirmed to Fightful that is not the case. It was implied that the couple had re-signed at some point and now have years remaining on their contracts.

Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford are AEW originals, having been with the company for over seven years, since their first show.

I’m jealous, wish I got paid to do nothing

I hope Penelope can rejoin Megan Bayne at some point. They were awesome as a team

Cris

Isnt Penelope still hurt?

Paul Sating

As a creative myself (an author), I'm curious how satisfying that has to be for them, though.

Dawn Rigney

Hopefully Penelope can heal up and com back with Devine dominion and Kip and get some tv time!

rocksolid124

I mean, Penelope was being used frequently prior to her injury.

Paul Sating

For her, yes. Kip, I'm fascinated with.

Aristidis Fantis

I've gotten pictures with both and they are awesome. Love this.

I hope Max and Anthony have also been resigned for many years to come
