SUBSCRIBER EDITION:

TNA will be announcing a number of additional contract signings via media outlets in the coming weeks.

As of now, the plan is still for WWE Crown Jewel to take place in Saudi Arabia. We've heard from a number of staff and talent that aren't happy about it at this point. We're told naturally that WWE is in constant communication with their hosts regarding the matter.

AEW announced New Year's Smash for Atlanta on January 1 and 2. They've had those dates penciled in for months, and were hoping for a big show.

There had been discussions regarding Rusev returning to WWE TV as far back as September. He's been training in the ring as well.

PWInsider reported that Eric Young has been producing in NXT since July. Fightful has been told that Eric Young and Triple H long maintained a great relationship, and Triple H made it clear that Young would have a job in WWE whenever he wanted to come back.

To clarify a story regarding the TNA talent meeting regarding contracts, that meeting was in San Antonio, not the Dothan, Alabama tapings. As we've seen, re-signings have already started.

Max Caster was originally only set to work TNA Bound For Glory, but was then added to the Dothan, Alabama tapings. The shows had to be rewritten after he was taken off of those shows.

The latest on Kairi watch: conversations with All Elite Wrestling are ongoing, and she has offers from Japanese companies. There is still interest from All Elite Wrestling.

The Dogs had booked a show together for PRODUCE before their on screen split in AEW, so they ended up working an angle into the PRODUCE show. You can see it here.

The TNA Impact show last week was legitimately creatively driven by the Hardy Boyz, Jon Alba of The Hump noted.

DEBUNKATHON

This has been a Facebook trick, but this one really shitty account does it on Twitter, too. It was not reported anywhere that Dominik was leaving the Judgment Day.

No, Mad Kurt in fact did not pass away from these elbow strikes from Will Ospreay. But he was one of the most hilarious trolls to ever live, and would probably want people to think he did. RIP Mad Kurt.

Wrestlevotes didn't report that WWE was planning Rey Mysterio's retirement. They reported that it's been discussed.

So this is the new "clickbait" on Facebook. They'll claim it's satire (Absolute Ragebait as the source), but then aggregate actual stories. They want the likes and comments from people who don't read the whole thing.

There's no discussion of adding Stephanie Vaquer to the Bloodline. Facebook is out of control.

Wrestling Inc has spent years gutting their editorial and writing department. WrestleDream was in fact not this weekend.
