The sheer toxicity in this episode is physically palpable, what a crazy story!

good stuff

Not to Viola's extent 🙏

Dentore

Since you wondered about it during the episode, RAS' Vocalist is called Rei, however her VA is the musician Raychell and Rei is pretty much a carbon-copy of her real world VA. So you remembered correctly, in a way. Now about the actual Episode, it's quite interesting, since Viola is daring to do something no previous "antagonist" in Bandori ever dared doing: Being cartoonish levels of evil. Previously characters like Soyo, the entire existence of Ave Mujica and even before that Chu² all needed to likeable to some extend because they are main band characters, but Viola is just an NPC for this show. I hope they let her stay evil and don't try to redeem her honestly. Also I wouldn't really expect the first performances until, Spoiler warning from real life and literally every other Bandori Band ever I guess, they get their 5th member. Makes most sense to wait for that imo.
