Hello! The winner of last week's poll is Princess Bride! Thank you so much for voting everyone. We're both super excited to watch this one :) As for this week, we've got a few more 80's movies from your recent suggestions. And they're all scary! As terrified as I am watching these kinds of movies, I do absolutely love them. These special effects are next level! Let us know which of these you want us to watch next!

Wow, these polls keep getting tougher to vote on. I voted The Fly because I think it will elicit the best reaction from you two. The Lost Boys is my favorite and a great representation of 80's culture. Aliens is probably the best made film of the poll. The Fog is another uniquely Carpenter made movie, which is dependent on how you feel about his style.

MaplenutsReact

Haha oh no! I don't want to make this difficult for you guys! If you ever have suggestions for how we can improve polls, you just let us know okay!

Noah Vogt

Trust me, it's not a criticism. If anything, it's a compliment to the movies that you guys are selecting. I appreciate the fact that no matter what wins, you two are going to end up with a great movie to watch. Keep doing what y'all are doing!

please do not watch the fly great acting but its just so dam gross to gross to say and if i did it will only make me feel sick like i did when i did watch it when i was 12 or 13 i voted aliens

James Hadden

You said you would be watching Aliens at some point anyway so I placed my vote elsewhere - it won’t get close to winning but I went with another absolute favourite of mine The Lost Boys. Such an 80s movie and never gets old for me

MaplenutsReact

Oh boy, this sounds like something I am not prepared for haha

scott osborne

yeah i watched your reaction to the thing witch you enjoyed but was grossed out let me just ask do you know what flies do when they eat if yes then i dont need to say anymore and that is the reason i will never watch the fly if no please google it

MaplenutsReact

Oh my yes, The Thing was so gross haha. If The Fly is as well made as The Thing though, I'll still like it even if it's super gross haha

scott osborne

well i will let you know now that if you do decide to watch the fly i wont be watching it on here or on youtube see i dont want to up chuck like i did when i first seen it and i wish you both luck if and when it comes up

MaplenutsReact

I love hearing how much you all love these movies! Makes me even more excited to see them!

scott osborne

everyone needs a little luck some times

Mr. Writhms

"The Fog" is one of John Carpenter's best. Don't let these poll results mislead you. Hopefully you'll get to it... eventually? 🙏🏻

MaplenutsReact

Oh definitely! I forgot it was a John Carpenter movie. We've loved everything of his so far!

Caradoc Elmet

The Fly is much more than you'd expect from the short synopsis you usually get with it. It has real emotional weight and Mr. Goldblum is fantastic! I hope you see it someday.
